Generate a ready-to-publish SPF DNS record for your domain. Select your mail providers, add custom IPs, and choose an enforcement policy — then copy the record straight into your DNS settings.
Enter your domain name (e.g. example.com).
Select every mail provider that sends email on behalf of your domain.
Optionally add custom IP addresses or include domains under the Advanced section.
Choose a policy mode — Soft Fail (~all) is recommended during setup; switch to Hard Fail (-all) once verified.
Click "Generate SPF Record", copy the TXT record, and add it to your domain's DNS.
SPF (Sender Policy Framework) is a DNS TXT record that lists all servers authorized to send email for your domain. Receiving mail servers check this record to verify that incoming mail comes from an approved source, helping prevent spoofing and phishing.
