BrandJet AI offers a free trial so you can test outreach with real inboxes and leads before paying. If you ran out of time while still evaluating, you can request an extension — here is how it works.
How the trial works
Every new workspace gets a trial when it is created.
The trial includes a limited number of leads, AI credits, and email sends so you can run a real campaign end to end.
When the trial ends, sending pauses but your data is kept. Sequences, leads, accounts, and analytics are still there.
Can my trial be extended?
Yes, in most cases — once. We extend trials when:
You hit a setup issue (DNS, OAuth, account validation) that ate part of your trial.
You are evaluating BrandJet for a team and need extra time to get buy-in.
You are migrating from another tool and need overlap.
We generally do not extend trials repeatedly or for accounts that have already been on a paid plan.
How to request an extension
Open Support → New ticket from inside the dashboard.
Set the subject to Trial extension request.
Tell us how many extra days you need and a sentence about what you are testing.
Submit. A teammate will reply within one business day. Extensions are applied to your current workspace immediately on approval — you do not lose any campaign data.
If you have already upgraded
You do not need an extension. Pick the plan that matches your sending volume — your existing campaigns, leads, and analytics carry over.
If your trial already ended
Open Settings → Billing → Plan to see available plans.
You can resume sending immediately after upgrading — no need to rebuild sequences.
If you are not ready to upgrade but still want to evaluate, submit a ticket. We can often grant a short extension to finish your evaluation.
