BrandJet has two different concepts that get called limits: the per-inbox daily limit (how many messages a single mailbox can send in a day, enforced by your provider as much as by us) and the plan quota (how much total sending, AI usage, mentions tracking, and enrichment your plan includes per month).
Per-inbox daily limits
These are set on the inbox itself, not on the plan, because they depend on warmup health and your provider tolerance.
Brand-new mailbox: 20 to 30 per day during the first two weeks of warmup.
Healthy Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox: 100 to 200 per day.
Established mailbox with strong warmup: 300 to 500 per day is the safe ceiling.
BrandJet does not let you exceed your provider hard limit (Google: 2,000 per day for Workspace, Microsoft: 10,000 per day for paid 365). Setting a limit higher than that just gets you throttled by the provider.
Per-plan monthly quotas
Each plan includes:
Total monthly sends across all inboxes — emails plus social messages.
Connected inboxes — how many email mailboxes and social accounts you can attach.
Lead allowance — how many leads you can store in the workspace.
Enrichment credits — see the enrichment article.
AI credits for Artemis and Sequence Assistant.
Mentions quota — how many keyword mentions you can track each month.
Free plan
1 connected inbox.
Daily send cap of 30 per inbox (with warmup recommended).
Up to 100 leads stored.
Light AI and enrichment credits to evaluate the workflow end to end.
The free plan is enough to run a real campaign on a small list. It is not enough to scale to hundreds of leads per day.
Mentions quota
The mentions counter tracks total mentions ingested for your keywords in the current billing month.
The counter resets on your billing date, not on the calendar 1st.
Used mentions are not removed when you delete them — the meter measures ingest, not storage.
If you hit the quota, ingestion pauses until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
Keywords themselves do not consume quota — only the mentions returned for those keywords do. The Starter plan includes a set number of monitored keywords; check the picker for the exact count for your tier.
AI credits and BYOK
AI features (Artemis, Sequence Assistant, AI personalization, mentions classification) consume credits from your plan. If you bring your own key (BYOK), AI features run on your provider account at your provider rates and do not deduct credits. See the BYOK article.
What happens if I hit a quota?
Sends — the campaign pauses; you can resume after upgrading or after the quota resets.
Enrichment — enrichment requests pause; the queue resumes when credits return.
AI credits — AI features fall back to a slower, smaller model or pause depending on the feature.
Mentions — ingestion pauses; historical mentions remain searchable.
