If you run outreach for clients instead of (or alongside) your own brand, the Agency tier of BrandJet AI is built around that workflow: isolated client workspaces, a single team seat that can hop between them, optional white-label branding, and rolled-up billing.
What you get on Agency
10+ workspaces in a single account, each one a fully isolated client environment with its own inboxes, leads, campaigns and analytics.
Workspace switcher in the sidebar so your team can hop between client workspaces without re-logging in.
Pooled team seats across all workspaces. Add a teammate once and decide which workspaces they can access.
Pooled enrichment credits shared across workspaces, with per-client usage reports if you need to bill back.
Agency-level support — priority response, shared Slack channel, optional onboarding call.
White-label
White-label replaces BrandJet branding with your own across the parts of the product your client sees. Today this covers:
Custom logo and color scheme inside the app for client-facing workspaces.
Custom tracking domain (no brandjet.ai in tracked links).
Custom help center on your own subdomain, branded with your logo and your support email.
Optional custom CNAME for sign-in (for example app.youragency.com).
White-label is available on the Agency tier and above. Setup takes 1 to 2 business days after you submit your branding assets.
Client billing
You pay BrandJet once per month for the whole account, not per client.
Per-workspace usage reports let you bill clients with whatever model you prefer (flat fee, usage-based, value-based).
If a client offboards, you can archive their workspace, export their data, and reuse the seat for a new client.
Client access without giving up the keys
You can invite a client into their workspace as a member with limited roles:
Viewer — read-only analytics.
Editor — create campaigns and edit sequences.
Admin — full control over the workspace only.
Clients never see other workspaces, never see your billing, and cannot leave their workspace.
How to upgrade to Agency
Open Settings → Billing → Plan.
Select Agency. If you need more than the included workspace count, the picker shows custom tiers.
For white-label, after upgrading open Settings → White-label and submit your logo, colors and custom domain.
If you need a fully custom plan (more than 50 workspaces, custom SLA, dedicated support), submit a ticket with the subject Enterprise plan request and we will scope a quote.
Existing accounts
If you are already on a paid plan and want to convert to Agency, the credits, leads, and analytics on your existing workspace stay. The upgrade just unlocks more workspaces and white-label options on top.
