Unibox is the central place where every reply, DM, or comment from a campaign lands. It works across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Instagram so you can answer a lead without bouncing between tabs.
Opening Unibox
From the sidebar, click Unibox.
The conversation list is on the left. Filters at the top let you scope by channel, campaign, status, or assigned teammate.
Selecting a conversation opens the thread on the right, with full history regardless of which channel the lead used.
Reply to a message
Open the conversation.
Type your reply, attach files if needed, and click Send.
The reply goes out from the same inbox that sent the original campaign message so the thread stays clean from the lead point of view.
Triage actions
Mark as resolved — closes the conversation; the lead is moved out of the inbox view but still searchable.
Snooze — comes back to the top of Unibox at a time you pick.
Assign to teammate — the conversation appears in their personal Unibox.
Add tag — useful for sorting (interested, not now, wrong contact).
Pause the lead campaign — one click; the lead stops getting follow-ups while you handle the reply.
Messages not appearing
1. Wrong filter
If the filter bar is set to a campaign or channel that the reply did not come through, the conversation will not show up. Click All campaigns and All channels to widen the view.
2. Reply not detected as a reply
For email, BrandJet tracks replies via thread headers. If the lead replied from a different address or with a different Message-ID (rare), the reply might be tagged as a standalone message instead of being attached to the thread. Use Unibox search by the lead email to find it.
3. Inbox connection issue
If the inbox the campaign sent from is disconnected, BrandJet cannot fetch the reply. Check Accounts → Email for any red status, reconnect, and replies sync within minutes.
4. LinkedIn or social channel sync lag
LinkedIn DMs and social channel replies sync on a slightly slower interval than email (every 5 to 10 minutes). If a lead just replied, give it a few minutes.
5. Auto-archive rules
If you set an auto-archive rule that catches unsubscribe or similar keywords, those replies skip the main inbox and land in Archive. Check there if specific replies are missing.

Team workflow
Use assignments to make sure every reply has an owner.
Use saved filters per teammate (for example Assigned to me, status open) as their daily queue.
For high-volume teams, set up Slack notifications from Settings → Notifications → Slack so replies ping a shared channel in real time.
