The Templates library is a collection of ready-to-launch sequences and message blocks that you and your team can reuse across campaigns. Some templates ship with BrandJet (cold outbound, partnership pitch, recruiter outreach); the rest are yours.
Where to find it
Open Templates from the sidebar. The library has three tabs:
BrandJet templates — curated by our team for common use cases.
Workspace templates — shared with your whole workspace.
My templates — visible only to you.
What a template includes
Full sequence (subject lines + body for each step) for email and social channels.
Default delays between steps.
Personalization variables and fallbacks.
Optional sending window and limits.
Tags and a short description.
Launch a campaign from a template
Open a template and click Use template.
Pick the brand voice (Artemis re-tones the template if needed).
Pick the target lead list and sending accounts.
Review the sequence in the campaign builder — every step is editable.
Launch or schedule.
Create your own template
From any campaign, click Save as template.
Pick whether it is personal or workspace-shared.
Add tags so it is easy to find later.
Save.
You can also build a template from scratch in Templates → + New template.
Variables and brand voice
Templates use the same variable system as campaigns ({{firstName}}, {{company}}, custom fields, AI variables). They are not bound to your brand voice — when you launch, Artemis adapts the language to match the brand voice configured in Settings → Brand.
Sharing across workspaces
Workspace templates are isolated per workspace by default. To share across workspaces in the same account:
Open the template and click Copy to workspace.
Pick the target workspaces. A copy is created in each — they can drift independently.
Curating workspace templates
If your team has multiple writers, designate one person as template owner and review monthly. Retire templates that consistently underperform; promote ones that win.
Tips
Keep templates short — under 60 words per step for cold outbound.
Always include a fallback for every variable.
Tag aggressively (industry, persona, intent) so search returns the right template.
Pair a template with a Saved Filter on Leads so your team can launch a campaign in two clicks.
