Pitch Requests is the reactive side of Press Outreach — you respond to journalists who have publicly asked for sources or contributors, via inbound feeds like HARO, Qwoted, or Twitter requests.
What you get
A filtered inbox of active requests matching your expertise topics.
AI-drafted responses you can review and send in seconds.
Tracking of which requests you responded to, which got picked up, and which got published.
Automatic backlinks tracking when published articles link to your site.
Set up
Open Press Outreach → Pitch Requests.
Pick your expertise topics. We use these to filter the inbound stream so you do not see irrelevant requests.
Connect any HARO or Qwoted account you have to ingest requests directly.
Add a short bio and credentials block we will include in every response.
Respond to a request
Open a request in the feed.
Click Draft response. Artemis pulls together a relevant answer using your workspace context and the request prompt.
Edit the response, then click Send. We send via the journalist preferred channel (email or HARO inbox).
The request enters your Awaiting queue.
Tracking outcomes
Each response shows Sent, Picked up, or Published status as the request progresses.
When an article is published with a link to your site, BrandJet detects it and adds the article to your coverage log.
Export the coverage log to track DA, referral traffic, and brand mentions over time.
Best practices
Respond fast. The first relevant response often wins.
Lead with credentials. A one-line bio sets you apart.
Answer the specific question. Generic answers get ignored.
Do not include marketing copy. Journalists strip it out and may blacklist repeat offenders.
